In fact, it’s been around since the early ’70s and for the past ten years has been making a resurgence in popularity. H.I.T. is becoming popular for one reason and one reason only; it works! The fundamental principles of H.I.T. are that strength training should be brief, infrequent, and intense. H.I.T. is not just for athletes or those already in great shape, it’s for anyone ranging from senior citizens, to youth, to the middle-aged weekend warrior. Program Designed For You

Training and program rates vary according to the number of sessions purchased, as well as the number of people being trained during a single session. Programs include single one on one training, buddy/couples training, and group training.
