Personal Training Philosophy
Personal training should be just as it’s described; “personal.” That means that not only should a trainer implement exercise programs designed specifically for the needs of his or her individual clients, but also be approachable, personable, and professional. The best personal trainers are the ones that “create” an environment in which their clients feel comfortable and inspired to do their best. If a client feels comfortable, relaxed and inspired, they’re naturally going to be more focused, excited and driven to meet their fitness goals. When you put it all together, it adds up to one thing and one thing only; success!

Personal Training Philosophy: As a personal trainer, I love that I am given the opportunity to create a completely relaxed, nonintimidating atmosphere for each client. Because everyone is very different, my desire is to take the time to hear each individual’s goal and then create a personalized program explicitly for them. I also believe it is my responsibility to build a professional relationship with them, encourage, support, and then celebrate with them when they reach those goals. I want them to leave, feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger and overall better about themselves for taking an hour out of their day to take care of their bodies.
Hobbies/Interests: Strength training, kayaking, hiking, babysitting my granddaughter, travel, and exploration.
Certifications and Degrees
(ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer

Personal Training Philosophy: My journey to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer began several years prior by first eliminating foods with preservatives, artificial colors, and flavors, cutting out sodas and “junk” food, and adopting new healthier nutrition habits. Training with Tom was next on the list for my wife and me and our Tuesday appointments continue nearly 10 years later. My core values in personal training are rooted in caring about people and their well-being. Being honest and transparent with my clients in establishing realistic expectations is also important. Celebrating their successes with them and the satisfaction of having played a small part in their improved quality of life is most rewarding and satisfying.
Hobbies/Interests: Strength and Flexibility training, Health Foods, Cooking, Archery Deer Hunting, Camping, Music, Yardwork, Vacationing with friends.
Certifications:
(ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer,
(ISSA) Certified Nutrition Specialist,
(ISSA) Certified Specialist Exercise Therapy,
Certified First Aid/CPR/AED.

Personal Training Philosophy: Prior to becoming a certified personal trainer, my main goals regarding fitness were based on staying in the best shape possible for career in soccer. After playing semi-professionally for a couple of years, I left the sport joining my family business. Around that time fitness became more about overall mental and physical health as opposed to being in a constant competitive environment. In 2021 God open a door through Tom, and I began to pursue a career in personal training, completing my certification in May.
My goal as a trainer is for my clients to take an hour out of their day to focus on themselves. Allowing them the time to mentally, physically and emotionally decompress, while at the same time giving them the tools to improve their overall health and well-being. As a personal trainer, I enjoy the journey each client takes to improve their overall heath, and achieve their individual goals.
Hobbies and Interests: Strength training, soccer, watching anime, Spanish music (Also speak Spanish), spending time with my family.

Bachelor in Business Marketing, Penn State 2018

Personal Training Philosophy: As a certified personal trainer, nothing is more valuable to me than helping my clients achieve their goals, regardless of their life stage. I take pleasure in walking alongside my clients, providing encouragement and support. Building a professional relationship with my clients is important to me, as I strive to create an environment where they feel seen, heard, and respected. Witnessing clients grow more confident is something I love. My aim is for each client to leave feeling accomplished and empowered. I believe the gym should be a fun and rewarding experience, not something to dread.
